Who Uses MagnusTeams?

MagnusTeams is for hiring managers, caregivers, educators, support workers, occupational therapists who support neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome. It is used for everyday schedule management, life skills training, job training and on-the-job task support.

MagnusTeams is a support team portal designed to help caregivers, families, professionals, and organizations support neurodiverse individuals by managing digital Card Decks from MagnusCards. These Card Decks provide step-by-step visual guides to help users navigate everyday activities.

MagnusTeams is for caregivers, professionals, educators, therapists, and organizations that support neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other cognitive abilities.

MagnusTeams allows support team to:

  • Create custom Card Decks.
  • Assign tasks to individuals they support called MagnusCards Heroes (that’s what we like to call our MagnusCard end-users).
  • Track MagnusBadges earned.
  • Add team members, professionals, family, and friends to collaborate on Card Decks.

You can access MagnusTeams (www.magnusteams.com) through a web browser on your computer or laptop.

Absolutely! MagnusTeams is designed to mirror your MagnusCards Heroes day-to-day activities and support their needs – and we know those are unique to your Hero.

Yes, you can invite other caregivers, teachers, or professionals to your team to collaborate and share responsibilities on creating Card Decks. That is one of the benefits of MagnusTeams – it gets the whole team involved and on the same page.

To add a Hero:

  1. Log into MagnusTeams.
  2. Click “Add Hero.”
  3. Enter the MagnusCardHero’s email address they used to register with MagnusCards.

To invite family, friends or other support professionals:

  1. Go to “Home.”
  2. Under “My Teams”, you can add “Family & Friends” or “Professionals” by clicking on “Add” and entering their email addresses. They will receive an email invitation to create an account to start collaborating with you.

You can review pre-made Card Decks in “Magnus Community Library” made by Inclusion Partners or community members. When you’re ready, you can start creating your own and sharing them with your Heroes or Support Team.

To schedule activities, you can simply select your “Hero” on the menu bar, click “See Details” and you can pick a future date from today and schedule a Card Deck that you’ve created or one that you’ve added to “My Card Decks” tab.

This feature is only available for the Card Decks you’ve created, not the ones made by Inclusion Partners. To view, click on “My Card Decks”, choose the Card Deck that you’ve created, select the “…” and click “Share to Community Library”.

Milestones are achieved when a MagnusCards Hero earns MagnusBadges. So how do they earn MagnusBadges? By viewing more Card Decks! Send your Heroes a “High five” to motivate them for each milestone achieved.
